Selling negotiations were handled very professionally – we actually received two bids nearly simultaneously, and Martha very adroitly helped us select the best bid and was able to do so in a manner that kept everyone satisfied.
They were very helpful in making sure that all inspection items were taken care of and spent several afternoons at the house working with the handyman to ensure everything was taken care of.
We also sold a substantial amount of furnishings and electronics outside the selling price – and the Group were very involved in those negotiations – they helped to itemize all items, met with the clients to allow them time to look at each one and test the audio video systems, etc. When I offered to pay a commission to them on the sales price of the add-ons, Martha politely refused and explained that a satisfied client was payment enough!
We can wholeheartedly recommend them to sellers of similar homes, and intend to use them again should we move in the future.
