1st of all Gustang wants to die, just like he did in the HF. Last I checked Bam is taking part in this game for his freedom lol.
He wants to die? Where did you read this? It's said he might want to destroy the Tower.

Whatever happens next one thing is for sure, the situation inside the tower has changed dramatically and it can't be easily put back to how it was more so if Either Gustang or Traumeiri were to die. That is unless the Administrators step up and intervene to forcefully separate Traumeir and Gustang. However I don't think they would do that unless their fight/war wrecks large scale destruction to the tower itself.
I'd like to hope that FUG starts playing some pivotal role in the ensuing events, but I just don't think they are up to it. They are kinda like infants throwing a tantrum.
I personally wish that neither Gustang nr Traumeiri dies here, instead I'd like the FHs to split and take sides in a wider conflict where Fug (Luslec) plays some part.
I'd also like to see Enryu show up and have a talk with Bam.

Lol it’s been referred to multiple times - he says it in S3ch164 and Beli mentions it in S3ch197. He even supports Arlen’s suicide flops, when he mentions it’s not easy for a FH to take their own life. I take that as Gustang has tried and flopped!!!

S3ch164 - Gustang only said death is innevitable.
But he wants kill the others, not mention himself.
S3ch197 - Similar to, Bellerire said Gustang wants the downfall of Zahard and 10 families, not means he wants to die.

Which chapters?
Gustang's words and his book are very ridiculous.
- Introduction: I will destroy the tower.
- Content: talking about a friend's love story.
- Conclusion: all 13 are sinners.
Why are Zahard, the other 8 family heads, V and Arlene involved in Traumerei's love story? Some of them were tricked, some of them didn't show up.
And then why the tower must be destroyed while it has nothing to do with this case?

I think you are setting the data here incorrectly. The introduction to this book of "If I'm reading this, it's time to destroy the tower" wasn't directly related to Ameuz dying: it's past Gustang's ideas at the time of sealing his memories: should he ever go back to looking for them, f*ck this tower. It's like when an author starts talking of the context in which he writes a story or thanking 20 people, not exactly part of the story contained.
The content of this particular story is not only about killing Ameuz: back in the day Gustang suspected that his friend likely tricked all others into hating V, and how he (Gustang) was also tasked with cleaning up the mess. I think something like "and over the years I did this a lot for everyone" is also included in the book, which is what results in "all 13 of us are sinners"

Actually, I didn't say anything wrong. You are just explaining to Gustang.
The introduction at the beginning of the book makes it clear that he wants to destroy everything in the tower. I didn't lie.
The content of the book is 90% about Traumerei. The final choice was Gustang's own. None of the remaining 11 people were present there.
His conclusion is ridiculous.
- First, his story don't have any evidence. Do you think Eduan and Hana will believe what Enkidu says instead of Traumerei?
- Second, no one who hired Gustang had to hide the truth. They feel they are not at fault. The only sinner here is Gustang.
- Third, Arlene and V are not on the same side as Gustang. Why Gustang made up their story who disappeared in history to protect them. And call them sinners?

Good chance Gustang pulled off a Basil Hawkins(OP) either Holan or the shark will truly take the damage!
If this theory is correct, Gustang admitted that Holland has grown to a point where he can no longer burn him. I assume, Holland won't be able to heal his injuries even with Traumerei's Shiwonryu.

Yes, the introduction of the book makes it clear that Past Gustang said "if I'm reading this, I'll destroy the tower", and current Gustang probably agrees. That part I'm not discussing.
But you say the book is 90% Traumerei, and the thing is that this story has long ramnifications impacting everyone else. Most relevantly, since Traumerei pinned it on V, the FHs went to open war against him, which is way more relevant than Ameuz dying in itself.
The other FHs (lee Rang for example) didn't know Enkidu wasn't a human, so they thought Traumerei couldn't have manipulated him in the first place. Flashback Lee Rang in particular, being very close to Ameuz, would definitely have raised hell if she had learnt that fact and probably wouldn't have just bought Traumerei saying "no" because at that point the FHs and the fellow climbers are still "equals". Nut only Gustang heard Enkidu saying he wasn't human, and he hid the line along the rest of the story.
And the fact that they manipulated their memories and official history is a rewritten thing is a known fact by now. Whether they had Gustang amend the chronicle because they feel at fault or not is irrelevant as to whether they ARE sinners or not. Traumerei definitely is, as he killed Ameuz and pinned it on someone else. Gustang is, as he allowed this truth to be ignored. Everyone else has likely done BS, even if we don't count whatever made them decide not to continue their climbing, which might have been the "original sin" as well.
As to why all 13 (V and Arlene included?) are sinners, I think this statement requires additional info yet
